Quality assessment is key to the follow up coaching, a process embedded in the path for improvement.
For years we have specialized in defining the right form, frequency and work with objectivity to assess quality on continuous basis. The intense work in that field lead to an entirely new business related to the measurement of quality ( MyQM). We will examine the existing processes, determine what quality is and then define a form to measure it.
We will present analysis and actions based on the observed quality, we will do regular calibration sessions to establish the same approach by all participants. We are able to start that process on any type of project – technical support, customer care, sales, inbound, outbound, administrative job etc.
