EU Standard

EN 15838 has been created by the European Commission in the goal to provide quality of service requirements for customer contact centers, common to all centers, which exist independent of service provider, service sector or technical approach to the provision of the service.

Euroccor is certified for the first time in February 2014 making it the first  contact center in Bulgaria to cover the heavy requirements of the standard. A recertification follows in 2017. All intermediate yearly audits confirm the compliance with the standard, which issued improvements on all levels related to quality monitoring, complaint handling, and performance follow up etc.
