As our new Inbound Sales Advisor, YOU will:

  • Sell energy and gas products (contracts) through Inbound, outbound calls, e-mails, and chats
  • Advise the new customers about the best possible tariff that fits their needs.
  • Contact existing clients to extend their contracts – Retention
  • Assist and guide the clients through the whole contract signing process
  • Perform customer administrative support regarding missing data in profiles and contracts.
  • Perform quality satisfaction checks with existing clients
