A Pre-Audit ECCS (EN 15838) took place yesterday at Euroccor (ECCS is important international standard on quality requirements for customer contact centres). The offices of our company hosted the visit of the auditor whose aim was to acquire more in-depth knowledge of Euroccor and to plan the upcoming Certification audit.
The pre-audit was successful!
