Euroccor launching a certification process in accordance to ECCS
Euroccor is taking the next big steps towards a higher level of structural organization, development, management and professionalism overall. A part of this new strategic plan is the Project “Horizon Euroccor 2013”.
The final goal of the project is to achieve the ECCS or European Contact Center Standard certification. This standard is an initiative of the European Commission. Until now in Europe only 75 contact centers have received this certificate. Once the process is complete, Euroccor will become the first contact center in South-East Europe to be officially certified in accordance to ECCS.
