Euroccor celebrating the International Contact Centre Week


The International Contact Centre Week took place between September 10th and September 17th so Euroccor decided to honour it by organizing various events for its dedicated team of professionals.
 
The week kicked off with a special exhibition under the motto of “The Smile Attitude”, since this really is the only appropriate way to serve a customer. Pictures were taken of Euroccor’s smiling employees during their workday and later turned into collages decorating all Euroccor offices. The second event within the International Contact Centre Week was titled “Positive Energy” and included freshly baked French croissants for the team so they could start their day with even more energy and inspiration. Another initiative was the “T-eam Shirt Day”, where coloured t-shirts were given out to the employees, having Euroccor’s logo and a Smiling face printed on the front, which strengthened the team’s involvement in the company. Being aware of the stressful nature of the job, the management of the company provided all employees with beautifully designed stress-balls as well, in order to add up the element of fun to the office environment. Last but not least, a team building was organized (paint-ball) to create a stronger bond among the Euroccorians and to enhance the building of a team-spirit.
